Zanzibar Annual Islamic Finance Forum
The flagship East African convening for regulators, bankers, Takaful operators and Shari'ah scholars, hosted by ITFS in Zanzibar.
The Forum brings the region's Islamic finance community together for two days of working sessions on the questions the industry is facing this year: Takaful supervision, sukuk issuance for public infrastructure, and the practical governance of Islamic windows inside conventional banks.

Central bank and regulatory staff, board members and executives of Islamic banks and Takaful operators, Shari'ah committee members, and academic researchers from across East Africa, the Gulf and Malaysia.
Format
Plenary keynotes, three parallel technical tracks, and a closed regulator roundtable. All delegates receive the papers and the post-forum whitepaper through the ITFS document centre.
